Warrtech Diesel Engine ReMapping 

A WarrTech Engine Remap improves the performance of your diesel vehicle by modifying the factory ecu calibrations.

Factory engineers leave a lot of power on the table, our current Research & Development allows us to improve power and torque outputs by up to 50% with all factory components with the diesel engines. We remove the factory programming and replace it with our upgraded WarrTech software calibrations. 

Below is a Typical custom tow tune WarrTech has developed to improve the performance of the Toyota Landcruiser 200 series 1VD-FTV platform.  Not only does this provide more power it also gives far better economy.

Both runs are done on a 4wd dyno back to back with the only modification being the WarrTech Engine / Transmission Remap and as you can see the results are amazing. 

Peak Torque is increased by up to 50% providing a vastly improved driving experience. 

We have tested our vehicle in the bush on the highways towing and even on the racetrack to ensure reliable results and not just dyno figures.   

Warrtech Petrol Engine Remapping

Warrtech has been at the forefront of tuning Toyota / Lexus factory ecu vehicles with petrol naturally aspirated and forced induction setups. 

Our ecu remapping allows us to improve power and torque outputs by up to 20% in the N/A petrol Toyotas and over 100% in FI applications. We remove the factory programming and replace it with our upgraded WarrTech software calibrations. We can custom tune to your specifications and are even able to post out hardware for remote tuning anywhere with an internet connection and a laptop. We also offer a bench tuning option for those that can send in their ecu to us.

Warrtech Transmission Remapping

WarrTech Transmission Remapping can vastly improve the performance and reliability of your vehicle. 

When testing our project VDJ200R Toyota 200 seres Landcruiser the factory Toyota transmission calibrations were far from impressive. We remove the factory Toyota programming and replace it with our upgraded WarrTech calibrations. 

Improvements such as commanding the torque convertor to lock up earlier and with more throttle % and changes in shift pressure and gear selection maps have improved transmission function significantly.

 As an example in drive we are now able to select and hold 6th gear uphill at 100kph with the torque convertor locked in drastically reducing transmission temps especially while towing. This is something not even remotely possible with the Toyota calibration!    

Changes in shifting pressures allow for firmer shifts if required and shift points can be custom calibrated depending on your requirements.
